Leon Amariglio
Founder and CEO
Leon is the Founder and CEO of the company and serves as a Board Member. Previously, he co-founded and ran Rhythmia Medical, Inc. which developed a revolutionary cardiac mapping system for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2012. Leon was an executive and Board Member of Affera, a highly innovative cardiac device company which was acquired by Medtronic in 2022.
Previously, Leon led business development at Ceragon Networks Ltd (Nasdaq: CRNT) and worked at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown advising technology companies. Leon holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge. Leon speaks 6 languages and holds over 60 issued and pending medical device patents.

Robin Ganek
VP of People
Robin is the VP of People at Lexington Medical and has global responsibility for HR, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and organizational growth and alignment. Robin joined Lexington Medical after serving as Director of People Operations at Formlabs and 5-years of delivering large-scale HR projects at Amazon and Google. Robin holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.

Marc Jin
Chief Operating Officer
Marc leads Operations at Lexington Medical. He was previously CEO of innoPad, a materials technology company that developed and manufactured precision equipment for semiconductor manufacturing and was acquired by FNS Tech in 2013. Prior to innoPad, Marc led the production launch of multiple engine programs at Ford Motor Company. Marc holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BSME from Cornell University.

Andrew Marecki
EVP of Technology
Andrew is the EVP of Technology at Lexington Medical. He leads the engineering design and development of Lexington Medical’s surgical devices, including the AEON™ Endostapler, from concept to commercialization, as well as manufacturing and automation strategies for our intelligent, vertically integrated approach to production. Previously, he was a mechanical design engineer for Rhythmia Medical, and then worked with Boston Scientific following Rhythmia’s acquisition. Andrew holds a BS and MS from MIT in mechanical engineering.

Sharon Timberlake
Head of Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality
Sharon is Head of Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality at Lexington Medical and is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. She has dedicated her career to navigating the complexities of global regulatory landscapes, with a focus on both U.S. and international operations. Sharon has been elected as an FDA industry representative, serving several 4-year terms on various device panels. Sharon received her MS from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Rolf Wildermuth
Vice President, Europe
Rolf brings over 35 years of medical device management experience. Prior to Lexington, Rolf was the country director and the chairman of Medtronic Switzerland. Rolf is also co-founder and chairman of Bottneuro. Rolf’s medical device career began with US Surgical as a certified stapling technician. Rolf received his B.A. and Executive Masters of European and International Business Law from University of St. Gallen.

Shane Dunbar
Managing Director, ANZ
Shane is the Managing Director of Lexington Australia and New Zealand. He joined Lexington in 2022 and brings with him over 17 years of medical device and surgical stapling expertise. Prior to Lexington, Shane was a member of Ethicon Australia leadership and held numerous roles within Johnson & Johnson ANZ across sales, sales leadership, marketing, data and analytics, and surgeon education.

Tripp Phelps
VP of Market Development, USA
Tripp leads market development strategy and activities in the US. Tripp joined Lexington Medical in 2019, bringing nearly 20 years of medical device sales experience. Prior to Lexington Medical, Tripp held numerous leadership roles at Applied Medical.

David Lang
Dave serves as a Board Member at Lexington Medical. As a health care growth investor, he is an active board member for several leading healthcare companies. He is also Chairman of the Board of Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. He worked at TA Associates for 25 years where he led the Healthcare practice and achieved a return three times the capital he invested. Dave holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard.

David Roberts
David serves as a Board Member at Lexington Medical. He is the President and Board Director for LeMaitre Vascular Inc. (Nasdaq: LMAT) where he has led the growth, global expansion, and IPO of the successful medical device surgical company for over 25 years. Previously, David served as VP of Development for Parasole Restaurant Holdings Inc. where he continues to serve as Board Director. David holds a BA from Brown University, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Roberto Saint-Malo
Roberto is a Board Observer at Lexington Medical. As Managing Partner at BetaAngels, he is an accomplished investor who has been involved in dozens of company-building efforts across industries ranging from healthcare and technology to retail and travel. Before focusing on venture capital, Roberto worked at McKinsey & Company and he is also an active member of YPO’s global leadership community.

Aaron Sandoski
Aaron serves as a Board Member at Lexington Medical. He brings nearly 20 years of medical device investment experience and uses his expertise as Managing Director at Norwich Ventures to guide companies throughout their rapid growth. Previously, Aaron worked for engineering think tank DEKA, and started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Trevor Wahlbrink
Trevor serves as a Board Member at Lexington Medical. He is a General Partner at Ampersand Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused growth equity firm with over $3 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining Ampersand in 2012, Trevor was an Associate at middle market investment banks Morgan Keegan (now Raymond James) and Covington Associates. Trevor holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and is a CFA Charterholder.
